Return & Refund

We accept returns within 14 days from the day when the package is delivered. Simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: contact customer service (, indicating the item(s) and the reason why you want to return.

Step 2: After you receive the return instructions from us, pack the items you want to return.

Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.

Step 4: We'll issue the refund to your original payment account after step 3 (usually 5 days). Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Step 5: The refunded money will be back to your account within 1-3 business days.

Return Conditions

  • Non-refundbale items: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, diapers, wet wipes, baby supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets).
  • Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging . We do not accept returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any ways.
  • Clearance items (will be notified on our website) or free gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returned items that haven't followed our intructions.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the returned items.
